About This Product
SikaTop-107 Seal is a two-component, polymer-modified cementitious mortar applied by brush or roller directly onto concrete or masonry. Because it's cement-based, it bonds well to mineral substrates and is typically used where a rigid, trowel- or brush-applied waterproofing layer is more appropriate than a flexible membrane.
