Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of the Freeman Solutions website, our quotations, and our services.
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website of Freeman Solutions 250 Ltd ("Freeman Solutions", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access our website at www.freemansolutions.co or engage our services in any capacity.
2. Our Services
Freeman Solutions 250 Ltd provides technical consulting, waterproofing solutions, construction chemicals, and construction hardware across Rwanda. Our services include site inspections, diagnosis and reporting, specification and proposals, certified application, and warranty support.
All services are provided subject to a written quotation issued by Freeman Solutions. Services are not considered booked or confirmed until a quotation has been accepted by the customer in writing and, where applicable, a deposit has been received.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for a period stated on the quotation document (typically 30 days) unless a shorter period is required by market conditions for material pricing.
Prices are quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions discovered during the works differ materially from those described at the time of quotation, in which case we will obtain your approval before proceeding.
Quotations cover the scope described in the quotation document only. Additional works requested during the project will be quoted separately before execution.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are stated on each quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before works commence, with the balance due upon completion or as otherwise specified.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile money. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to suspension of warranty coverage until the account is settled.
5. Site Access and Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide reasonable site access to Freeman Solutions personnel at agreed times. This includes access to areas requiring inspection or works, water and electricity where available, and a safe working environment.
The customer is responsible for disclosing all known information about the property, including previous repairs, structural issues, and any hazards, before inspection or works commence.
If site access is delayed or unavailable, project timelines may be adjusted accordingly, and reasonable charges may apply for aborted site visits.
6. Warranty
Where a warranty is provided, it is stated in writing on the quotation or warranty certificate issued for the specific project. Our standard workmanship warranty is five (5) years, subject to the terms set out in the warranty document.
Warranty coverage is limited to defects in workmanship or materials supplied by Freeman Solutions. It does not cover damage caused by structural movement, alterations by third parties, misuse, failure to perform required maintenance, or natural disasters.
Warranty claims must be reported in writing to freemansolutionsltd@gmail.com or by phone at +250 799 833 663 within a reasonable time of the issue being noticed, and prior to any third-party repairs.
Warranty coverage may be void if the customer fails to pay for the services in full or modifies the waterproofed area without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law of the Republic of Rwanda.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service or quotation shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service or quotation.

12. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a project engagement at any time where a customer is in material breach of these terms, has failed to make agreed payments, or where continuing would put our team or the project at unreasonable risk.
Upon termination, the customer remains liable for all work completed and materials supplied up to the date of termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
