What we were called in to solve

Site Assessment
What we found on site
Assessment focused on groundwater conditions, wall-to-floor junctions, and the absence of an effective existing waterproofing layer. Hydrostatic pressure was identified as the primary driver of water ingress.
The Solution

A negative-side crystalline waterproofing system was applied to the walls and floor, engineered to resist water pressure from the interior face without excavation.
